Hotel Refurbishment

Our hotel is getting a fresh new look!

Our long‑awaited hotel refurbishment is now officially underway, and we’re excited to share this next chapter with you.

These works have been thoughtfully planned to enhance your experience, with upgrades already in progress across the property. In addition to one of our hotel towers, The Vue is currently undergoing refurbishment, along with the amenities within INFINITY, as we continue to elevate our guest offering.

What does this mean for our guests and visitors?

For most visitors, any changes will be minimal. If you’re staying with us, you may notice a few temporary adjustments during your visit. Our reception desk will be relocated for the duration of works, and access to hotel rooms is via an alternative entrance.

To minimise disruption, refurbishment is taking place in one hotel tower only, allowing us to comfortably accommodate guests in the other tower throughout the wet season. Many of your favourite facilities, including the INFINITY and the Lagoon Pool, remain open for you to enjoy, while improvements continue behind the scenes.

Our team is on hand to ensure your stay is as seamless as possible, and we appreciate your understanding as we work towards delivering a refreshed and elevated experience.
